Product Description
Rated thermal power: 0.35–14 MW; Rated working pressure: 0.7/1.0 MPa; The water temperature: 95/115℃; Return water temperature: 70℃; Water capacity: 1,530–26,000 L; Fuel: Natural gas, diesel oil, LPG, pipeline gas, etc. Condensation heat exchanger can be added at the smoke outlet to decrease the smoke-discharging temperature, absorb the sensible and latent heat in the smoke, and improve the heating efficiency (up to 95%).
1. Adopt the structure of three pass wetback,with corrugated furnace which is with large heating surface.
2. Adopt threaded pipe as the smoke pipe to optimize the heat conductivity with high heating efficiency.
3. The front smoke case is connected with chain type, convenient to open; double layered doors for heat.
4. Adopt advanced controller, with the functions of timing control, automatic working records, leakage checking and alarming ,pressure protection, temperature controlling and water shortage protection etc.
