Rated thermal power: 0.06–0.58 MW; Rated working pressure: Ordinary pressure; Total heating capacity: 50,000–500,000 kcal; Return water temperature: 70℃; Fuel: Natural gas, diesel oil, LPG, pipeline gas, etc. CLHS series hot-water boiler is a three-pass all-wet-back shell-type structure. Main body includes boiler shell, furnace, boiler smoke chamber, and convection bank. Convection smoke tube is made with threaded pipes to enhance heat transfer. Large furnace, high radiation area, three-return design, full-air combustion, good utilization of heating surface.
1.CLHS series hot-water boiler is a three-pass all-wet-back shell-type structure. Main body includes boiler shell, furnace, boiler smoke chamber, and convection bank. Convection smoke tube is made with threaded pipes to enhance heat transfer.
2.Large furnace, high radiation area, three-return design, full-air combustion, good utilization of heating surface. Smoke tubes add disturbance fins inside, increasing heating area, self-cleaning for dust, and improving heat-transfer effectiveness. Using high thermal-resistance insulation materials – minimizing boiler heat losses.
3.More than 90% thermal efficiency. Intelligent, fully automatic control, over-temperature standby. Anti-freezing in cold winter nights, automatic adjustment of heating supply temperature based on outdoor temperature, which maximizes energy saving.
4.Imported burner, pressure spray, complete burning, low noise. Reduced combustion intensity, decreased dust emissions, and minimized output of harmful gases such as NOx – meeting strict environmental requirements.
5.Pressure-connecting structure, safe, reliable, long service life. Multiple chain protections and self-tests such as over-temperature, water shortage, overload, ignition failure, abnormal flame-out, and gas leakage. Expansion water tank directly connects to atmosphere, with no potential safety hazards under atmospheric-pressure operation.
